Kuwait City: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) Al Quran Government Mall Branch, which was temporarily closed due to Covid-19 preventive measures, will reopen to locals and expatriates from Sunday. Applications will be accepted only after receiving an appointment on the official website of PACI every Saturday. Official working hours are Sunday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
