SHEIKH ABDULLAH AL SALEM CULTURAL CENTER IN KUWAIT HAS BEEN SHORTLISTED FOR THE OSCARS FOR MUSEUMS

Kuwait City: Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Center has been shortlisted for the Oscars for Museum of Cultural Destination. The Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Center is located in the 'Cultural Destination of the Year' category in the Middle East - Africa. Cultural centers from 21 countries are competing for 39 awards.


The award is presented by the Leading Cultural Destination (LCD) Berlin. Winners will be announced in the last quarter of this year. The Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Center, which opened in 2018, is now known as the world-class museum complex. Kuwaiti, Islamic, Arab cultural and historical works are on display at the center.
