QATAR ID WILL BE RENEWED MANUALLY, NEW SERVICES ON MATRASH 2

Doha: The Ministry of Home Affairs has announced that Metrosh 2 will include a number of new services. The announcement was made at a webinar organized by the Home Ministry to educate the public about Matrash 2 services and e-services.


An important service is the automatic ID renewal system without the assistance of public relations officers. Companies must open an account with Qatar National Bank. When it connects to Matrash 2, employees will receive a message when their residency permit expires.

The permit can then be renewed automatically. The money will be withdrawn from the account and the ID card will be delivered to the offices through the Qatar Post. He added that he does not have to go to the police station to report cyber crimes and other crimes and can lodge a complaint with the Metro. Matrash services are now available in six languages, including Malayalam.
