THOSE WHO DO NOT GET THE VACCINE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE KUWAIT

Kuwait City: Citizens who have not been vaccinated will not be allowed to go abroad from September 1, a local newspaper reported, citing official sources. Sources said the move comes in the wake of the cabinet's decision to limit travel to non-vaccinated citizens to two cases.

Exemptions are available to children under 12 years of age and to citizens who have obtained a certificate approved by the Ministry of Health stating that they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons. Earlier, pregnant women were not vaccinated but were allowed to travel abroad.
