RECRUITMENT OF DOMESTIC WORKERS, DEMAND TO END EXPLOITATION IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: Kuwaitis are concerned about the problems of hiring domestic workers, even as they become the most needed. Columnist Abdullah al-Ghanim said that the recruitment of domestic workers has become a major concern for citizens as government agencies are unable to oversee the recruitment of domestic workers and monitor those responsible. 


Recruitment of domestic workers from India usually does not cost more than 300 dinars. However, he pointed out that recruitment costs more than 1,500 dinars due to the recruiting mafias and gangs.
