Kuwait City: Two months after the opening of the Kuwait International Airport, the Kuwait Exchange Market is on the path to a return to normalcy. The region was in a state of great stagnation as the airport was closed for a long time. According to the managers of the forex shops, the number of transactions at the Kuwait airport increased by 80 per cent in July last year. Currency such as the Turkish lira, US dollar, euro, Saudi riyal and Iranian toman Egyptian pound have been in high demand. They shared the hope that the return of the exchange market would be accelerated if the airport's capacity was increased.
