FARWANIYA MUNCIPALITY TAKES ACTION AGAINST VEHICLES PARKED CARELESSLY ON ROADSIDES

Kuwait City: Last week, the Supervisory Team of the General Clean Linus and Road Works Department in Farwaniya Municipality carried out a series of inspections in the Khaitan and Jalib areas and lifted 218 vehicles and heavy equipment from the area. 


Saad al-Krinch, director of the Department of General Cleanliness and Road Works in Farwaniya Municipality, said all governorates have a timetable for the removal of such vehicles and heavy equipment from the roadside. He added that temporary arrangements would be made to prevent parking of cars and other items in the yards. 

Al-Quraysh confirmed that 54 cars and equipment had been removed from the Jalib area and that field tours in the Jalib area would continue to completely clean roads and associated areas.
