VACCINATION OF CHILDREN IN KUWAIT, MINISTRY OF HEALTH WAITING FOR APPROVAL

Kuwait City: Ministry of Health with preparations for immediate commencement of vaccination of children between the ages of five and 11 years. Vaccination for this age group is expected to be licensed soon. If children are vaccinated, they will be able to go to school from the second semester onwards taking health precautions.


Pfizer conducted clinical trials on 2,268 children aged five to 11 years. The company says there is nothing to worry about. 

If the US and Europe approve the Pfizer vaccine for children between the ages of five and 11, Kuwait will begin vaccination within weeks. At the end of last year, there were 427,000 children of this age group in the country.
