MP LASHED OUT AT GOVERNMENT OVER ISSUES SUCH AS NON-ISSUANCE OF WORK PERMITS TO THOSE OVER 60

Kuwait City:  Dr Hamad Muhad Al Mathr, M.P lashed out at the government over issues such as the non-issuance of work permits to those over 60 who do not have a university degree. 


The MP said that what often happens in Kuwait is something that does not happen in any other country in the world. He said some procedures were very strange, useless and irrational. He first raised the issue of work permits for those over 60 years of age. The fact that this decision is detrimental to the private sector must be taken into account.

The government may decide not to allow expatriates over the age of 60 in the public sector. But do not insist on the same in the private sector.
