SPEED CONTROL ON TRAFFIC SIGNALS IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: According to a local newspaper, Brigadier General Tauhid al - Kandari, the director of public relations and security at the Interior Ministry, said that cameras in Kuwait would capture signals and charge fines for speeding on traffic signals in Kuwait. 


The maximum speed at each traffic intersection is 45 to 80 km / h, with many intersections allowed to travel at speeds of up to 60 km / h, but there are also intersections that allow speeds of up to 45 km / h and 80 km / h, he said. 

He called on the citizens and residents who drive vehicles to pay attention to the traffic signs, pointing out that speeding beyond the norms can lead them to major accidents.
