ATTEMPT TO HACK ACCOUNTS, MINISTRY OF HEALTH WITH WARNING

Kuwait City: An attempt to hack into the WhatsApp accounts of those who received the third dose of covid vaccine and extort money. The Ministry of Health has stated that it does not contact any references to issue the vaccination certificate and does not ask for information or anything else. 


The Ministry of Health has warned against responding to messages and links on phones. The warning is that the bank account and WhatsApp may be hacked through such links. 

The ministry issued the warning after receiving false messages from some citizens and residents who had received the third dose. The message was to open the link for the vaccine certificate after asking about things related to the vaccine.
