Kuwait City: Abdullah al-Mutatah, deputy director general of the Public Authority for Manpower, said that 59,000 expatriate workers had left the country voluntarily during the covid period in Kuwait. He said those who left the country of their own free will and those who were caught and deported while staying in the country illegally could be seen as two and those who left the country voluntarily would have no difficulty in returning on a new visa.

Meanwhile, there are reports that many Kuwaiti jobs are facing a crisis due to a shortage of workers. Many of the contracted companies are unable to complete the construction work on time. The employment crisis was caused by the inability to recruit construction workers following the Kovid epidemic, travel restrictions and the repatriation of many foreigners.
