RENEWAL OF RESIDENCY FOT THOSE OVER 60 WILL BE POSSIBLE SOON, SUSPENSION FOR AL MOUSSA

Kuwait City: The director of the Manpower Authority, which has decided to ban the renewal of residency of non-university graduates over the age of 60, has been suspended in violation of the Civil Service Act. The order was handed over by the Commerce Minister to the Director, Manpower Authority. The suspension is in line with the fatwa and legislation department.


The decision to suspend Manpower Authority Director Ahmed Al Mousa was taken by the Minister of Commerce, Dr. With Abdullah al-Salman's acceptance, the minister will be able to appoint al - Mousa's deputy to serve as general manager.

In this context, the Kuwaiti media reported that when appointing the Deputy Director General, he had the right to legally revoke the decision to ban the renewal of work permits of university graduates aged 60 and over.
