THOSE LEAVING KUWAIT DO NOT NEED PCR, MINISTRY OF HEALTH

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Health in Kuwait does not require a PCR test for those traveling from Kuwait to other countries, but a PCR test is required to enter most other countries, a local newspaper reported, citing Ministry of Health sources.
