Kuwait City: Expatriate surrendered to police after strangling his expatriate girlfriend in Fahaheel. A Sri Lankan man strangled his girlfriend to death and surrendered at the area police station. According to security sources, the killer did this out of jealousy and the victim had an affair with another person, which led to the murder. The accused was handed over to the concerned departments for further action.
