Kuwait City: The government is ready to expand Food on Wheels in Kuwait. Food trucks will also be included in the one-million-square-meter project being prepared in Subia as part of the Jaber Sea Bridge development project, officials said. Car parks and sidewalks for hundreds of vehicles, cycling tracks, racing areas and venues for various events will be prepared as part of the project.

Food trucks became active in the country a few years ago. Not only can you get started without spending a fortune, but you can also move from one place to another to park and trade when the traffic is light. It does not require much capital and effort to rent a building and start a restaurant. The food truck will benefit those who do not have time to dine in restaurants.

Food trucks are a great relief for food lovers. The food ordered is cooked hot and served to the customers. Cooking, packing and cash purchases are all done inside the truck.  These food trucks are very popular globally. The reason for the popularity of such food trucks in Kuwait is that they are getting good food at affordable prices.

In the last two years, many food trucks have been launched in Abbasiya, which is densely populated with Keralites. These shops, which feature Kerala delicious kappa, beef, porridge, evening snacks and Malabar dishes, are well crowded in the evenings. More and more people want to get into the food truck business with the convenience of being portable and convenient to set up. The food trucks serve good and tasty food by decorating the vehicles in a similar way to a restaurant. Food trucks are available only for Arabian dishes, seafood, fish items and vegetarian dishes. The sale will start at 5 pm and will continue till midnight. The regulars are the ones who go for a walk with the family in the evening and return home at night.
