THOSE WHO DO NOT PAY PHONE BILL WILL FACE LEGAL ACTION, MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Communications has blocked all transactions with those who do not pay their phone bills. The ministry has blocked the transactions of hundreds of citizens and residents. The ministry has initiated legal action against consumers, including private and commercial housing, who have not paid their phone bills. The reason behind the ministry's action is that the bill has not been paid even though Covid has returned to normal life after the crisis. The ministry asked everyone to pay the bill as soon as possible.


Failure to pay the bill will result in automatic termination of service. In case of non-payment of the bill, a warning message will be received first. If you still do not pay the bill, you will receive a warning. Failure to do so will result in termination of service. Follow-up action will be taken by the Legal Affairs Department. The bill limit for domestic connections is 50 Kuwaiti Dinars. It costs 100 dinars for commercial connections.
