ACTION AGAINST US MILITARY OFFICER SERVING IN KUWAIT FOR STEALING SHOES

Kuwait City: A soldier has been reprimanded for stealing a pair of sneakers from a U.S. Army store. The official letter was received by a colonel working at a reserve camp in Arifjan, Kuwait. The Army Times website reported that the employee left his old shoe box and walked out of the store wearing new shoes.


The goods are sold at US Army stores at a price lower than the market price due to tax breaks. The shoe, stolen by an employee, cost $ 45. According to the report, he can buy 191 pairs of such shoes with his monthly salary.
