VIOLATIONS, NOTICE ISSUED TO BOAT OWNERS IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: The fire brigade conducted inspections in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior, the Environment Public Authority, the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources and the Kuwait Ports Authority. Capitol Governor Sheikh Talal al-Khalid also attended the inspection, according to the Kuwait Firefighting Force Public Relations Division. It aims to detect violations in the Naqa Al Shamlan and to ensure that fire prevention regulations are strictly adhered to.


The Capital Governorate Protection Division said it had issued notices to some boats for violations. Various violations were found, including failure to inspect fire extinguishers, cooking, storage of gas cylinders and failing to coordinate with specialized companies.
