A new mechanism has been developed to prosecute Visa traders

KUWAIT CITY: The Manpower Authority launched a new mechanism to apprehend business owners involved in visa trading in order to crack down on illegal workers who are in fictitious companies and have purchased visas from visa traders.


According to the sources, a specialized team inspects the inventory of files using a special system, and this new mechanism detects those who violate company licences and files.

The new system reveals violations such as hiring workers without sponsorship and the number of expats whose residence has not been renewed.

After investigating and verifying the violation, the company's licence will be suspended, and legal proceedings will be initiated against its owner.
