Kuwait City: The Public Authority for Manpower's field inspection teams, in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, continue field inspection visits to limit the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic, as directed by the Council of Ministers.

On the sidelines of the inspection tour at the Capital Mall, the commission's director-general, Iman Al-Ansari, told KUNA that PAM has the status of a judicial police force and that, in collaboration with the relevant authorities, it conducts inspection tours to limit the spread of the pandemic in light of the state's struggle with an increase in the number of infections.

Al-Ansari said that the allocated government teams, with the assistance of teams from the Ministry of Interior and the National Guard, are closely monitoring all operations, particularly at commercial hubs, to guarantee that health criteria are met 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

According to the sources, a plan was developed for the women's field team to examine hotels and wedding halls in accordance with a Cabinet order announced on January 3.
