RUSH TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: Prior to the implementation of the Cabinet's decision to reduce the rate of employees in state agencies to 50% and to activate electronic services, there was a significant increase in the frequency of appointments being booked to complete transactions, particularly after government agencies stressed that clients should not be received without prior appointments.

By connecting with the "Sahel" application, the "Meta" platform updated the new appointment booking mechanism. It split the booking system based on the type of transaction, making the operation easier to implement. Appointments were in high demand in some government service departments. The momentum grew in the departments of foreign equivalencies and certificates in higher education, citizen service centres in the Public Authority for Housing Welfare, the Kuwait Credit Bank branch in the Granada area, the Public Authority for Civil Information, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Department of Attestations.
