Kuwait City: There is no requirement to be vaccinated to enter mosques in the country, government sources said. Those who have not received the Covid vaccine are also allowed to enter the mosques and offer prayers.

Those who come to the mosques to pray must bring special carpets and strictly follow the health precautions. The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has been tasked with ensuring this. Government sources said that the Ministry of Awqaf will issue a statement regarding the entry into the mosques and it will not include the requirement for vaccination.
