COMPENSATION FOR WORKERS, KUWAIT MANPOWER AUTHORITY TO INVESTIGATE

Kuwait City: The Manpower Authority's Occupational Safety Center has chosen to establish a list of businesses that do not follow the regulations for insuring and compensating workers for work-related injuries and accidents. Every three months, businesses should update their files.


The Occupational Safety and Health Center analyses how devoted insurance companies are to collecting and paying compensation to injured workers, as well as providing them with the treatment they require. At the same time, the authorities stated that a salary certificate system would be announced soon to defend workers' financial rights.
