MOI HAS BEGUN REGISTERING 'TRIP VEHICLES' AS A NEW VEHICLE CATEGORY

Kuwait City: The Public Relations and Traffic Division of the General Traffic Department has announced that a special purpose vehicle will be included in the special category. This will allow owners to register their caravans used as trip vehicles.


Brigadier General Mohammed Al Advani, assistant director of the Directorate General of Traffic for Technical Affairs, confirmed that the new category of vehicles was included at the request of citizens. Tour vehicles are required to pay a registration fee of 10 dinars. Technical inspection will be done before registering the vehicle.
