THE SECOND DOSE OF VACCINE WILL BE GIVEN TO CHILDREN IN KUWAIT SOON

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Health has decided to start giving the second dose of Covid Vaccine to children immediately. Families of children between the ages of five and 11 who are eligible for the second dose will begin to receive the message the next day that they need to arrive to receive the vaccine. The vaccine will be given at Hall No. 5, Exhibition Grounds, Mishraf Region. At the same time, 45,000 children of this age group have been vaccinated in the country so far, according to Health Ministry sources.


The Covid vaccine was first given to children between the ages of five and 11 in February. According to the Ministry of Health, 10.5 per cent of those eligible for vaccination in this age group have been given the first dose. At the same time, the number of people and citizens living in the country who have received the booster dose Covid vaccine so far has crossed 1.5 million, officials said.
