DURING RAMADAN, THE OPERATING HOURS OF THE INDIAN EMBASSY PASSPORT CENTERS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED

Kuwait City: During the holy month of Ramadan, BLS International Indian Passport, Visa, and Consular Outsourcing Centers have been extended. During Ramadan, BLS centres in Kuwait City, Abbasiya, and Fahaheel will only perform one morning shift. The hours are 9.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Only during this time period, including Fridays and Saturdays, will the centres be open.


Simultaneously, the Indian Embassy will continue to provide emergency consular services as needed, according to officials. In the event of an emergency, please contact us at cons1.kuwait@mea.gov.in or via the WhatsApp helpline, which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
