IN 2020, 4,202 INDIAN CHILDREN WERE BORN IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: It is estimated that more than 51,000 Indian children were born in 170 foreign countries in 2020. The figures were released by the Registrar General of India. The UAE is at the forefront of Indian child births. At the same time, statistics show that 10,817 Indians died abroad that year. According to exact figures, by 2020, there are 51,089 Indian children born abroad.


Of these, 16,469 were born in the UAE. 6,074 were born in Saudi Arabia. Other important figures are Kuwait (4,202 children), Qatar (3,936), Italy (2,352), Australia (2,316), Oman (2,177), Bahrain (1,567), Germany (1,400) and Singapore (1,358). Saudi Arabia has the highest number of deaths abroad. In 2020, 3,754 Indians died in Saudi Arabia. The death toll was 2,454 in the UAE, 1,279 in Kuwait, 630 in Oman, 386 in Qatar, 312 in Bahrain, 314 in the US, 216 in Italy, 166 in Singapore, 19 in the UK and six in Pakistan.
