Kuwait City: The Communications Authority has blocked 11 websites in three months. This is from January to March this year. About 70 per cent of the blocked websites were found to be in violation of public morals and 30 per cent for political reasons. During the same period, the Authority received applications to block 20 websites. However, statistics show that 12 other websites have been blocked after receiving requests to lift the ban.
