Kuwait City : Farid Emadi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, issued a decision to form a committee to control Hajj prices, with the Ministry of Commerce's participation, so that the price of Hajj services does not exceed 30 percent of the cost, including administrative expenses and profits.In a press statement, Emadi stated that the committee has adopted a special mechanism for the Hajj programme presented by the Department of Hajj and Umrah Affairs, and that registration will take place through an electronic link that the department will announce soon. He explained that the Hajj programme includes basic services such as housing in a furnished building, meals (buffet system), modern buses to travel between places in accordance with the established requirements, as well as preparing the camps of Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah, providing train tickets, and airport reception, all of which are included in the airline tickets.
