FIVE MILLION DINARS WILL BE SPENT IN KUWAIT ON MEDICINES FOR MENTALLY IMPAIRED

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Health has approved the tender for the supply of medical gases, filling and maintenance of gas cylinders to hospitals and health centers. The three-year contract is worth 1.4 million dinars. In addition, the ministry is working to import 1.3 million dinars worth of drugs to treat disabilities.


In addition, enzymes and other drugs will cost five million dinars to treat people with mental illness. According to Health Ministry sources, a total of 6.6 million dinars has been approved for 806,000 drugs for the treatment of hormonal imbalances and 193,000 for neurological diseases. They said they were monitoring the latest developments in the field of healthcare, including internationally recognized medical devices and medicines.
