IN YESTERDAY'S TRADING, THE PRICE OF A BARREL OF KUWAITI OIL JUMPED $2.33 TO $123.17

Kuwait City: According to the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, the price of a barrel of Kuwaiti oil jumped $2.33 to $123.17 a barrel in trading on Thursday, up from $120.84 a barrel in trade the day before.


Brent crude futures slid 51 cents to $123.07 a barrel on global markets, while US West Texas Intermediate crude fell 60 cents to $112.51 a barrel.
