5.1 MILLION TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN RESEARCH FACILITIES

Kuwait City: Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research has drawn up an estimated budget of 5.1 million dinars for the operation and preventive maintenance contract for all the institute's facilities for a period of 3 years.


In the details, the sources said that the institute submitted a request to put out the tender for the matter and is waiting for official approvals to start the bidding process.

The Kuwait Research Institute is considered a leading independent national institution with scientific excellence. It was established in 1967. The Institute’s role was initially to develop 3 areas of the Institute of national importance: petroleum, desert agriculture, and aquatic biology, and expanded to include environmental conservation, and sustainable management of resources Natural Kuwait, rational management of water and energy, and the development of innovative methods of agriculture.
