RUTAB DATES SEASON ARRIVED IN KUWAIT, WITH EARLY TYPES HITTING MARKET

Kuwait City: The season for rutab dates has come in Kuwait, with early variations of the fruit in a variety of forms and hues hitting the market.


Summer rutab dates have a distinct flavor and quality that draws customers to the market in droves.

Some customers like specific sorts of rubtab, such as Al-Munsef, a variety of date with a duel yellow and brown colour that tastes and looks pleasant.

Rutab dates were formerly the primary source of nourishment for nomadic tribes of the Arabian Desert.
