RECRUITMENT OF 2000 INDIAN NURSES TO KUWAIT WILL BE COMPLETED WITHIN TWO MONTHS

Kuwait City: The recruitment of 2000 Indian nurses to Kuwait will be completed within two months, Indian Ambassador Sibi George said. The recruitment of 700 nurses from India was completed in the last six months. Two years ago, an agreement was signed to bring 2,700 nurses from India to the private healthcare sector. However, due to the Covid situation in the country, the recruitment process was taking a long time.


Meanwhile, there are reports that the Indian Ambassador to Kuwait will be posted to Japan soon. Sibi George will come to Japan to replace Sanjay Kumar Verma who is moving to Canada. However, no technical notification has been received in this regard so far.
