SHUWAIKH LOST POWER IN 38 GARAGES

Kuwait City: The five-year committee conducted a joint security inspection at Shuwaik Industrial Area. Authorities disconnected 38 electricity connections in garages and workshops. The inspectors of the Ministry of Electricity, who participated in the inspection, issued 38 warnings. The traffic department seized three vehicles during the security campaign. Two of these vehicles were reported stolen.


According to the instructions of Major General Jamal Al Sayegh, Assistant Under-Secretary of the Traffic and Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior, the traffic department said that inspections are continuing in industrial areas. 600 violations were found during the inspection. Technical inspection department has seized five vehicles. Inspectors from the Ministry of Industry found 34 violations. Officials said that they were able to arrest all nine people who violated the residency and employment laws.
