460 MINORS ARRESTED IN TWO MONTHS FOR DRIVING WITHOUT LICENSE IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Interior has announced that 460 minors caught for not having a driving license in the last 60 days have been referred to the Juvenile Prosecution Office. Referrals of these teenagers to prosecution and later to court will also be on their criminal records. However, security sources said there is a need to educate them about the consequences of driving without a license.


The number of teenagers driving without a license is on the rise. It also endangers the lives of road users and parents or guardians should be held responsible in such situations. He asked parents to refrain from giving vehicles to their children to avoid legal trouble.
