STRONG TRAFFIC CONTROL IN KUWAIT, ALMOST 1,000 OFFENCES DISCOVERED

Kuwait City: The traffic department conducted strict vehicle checks in four regions of the country. Inspections were conducted at Shuwaik Industrial Area, Salmiya, Jabriya and Mahboula. Officials said that a total of 1,180 violations were detected during the traffic campaign. Six vehicles have been seized.


Four people were arrested for driving without a driving license. Action was taken against one car rental company and eight computer companies for violating the law. It warned that 44 garages and workshops will be cut off for violating the law. 12 abandoned vehicles were removed.
