KUWAIT MUNCIPALITY LOCKS AND SHUTTERS 45 PROPERTIES FOR BREAKING LAW

Kuwait City:  The municipality has closed and locked 45 commercial buildings in Mubarak Al Kabir governorate. Municipality Branch Director Falah Al Shammari informed that the action was taken after an inspection in the Sabah Al Salim area. The municipality had launched a campaign two weeks ago to find violations by shops in the investment real estate sector. The inspection is done in collaboration with the fire force in all the governorates


The inspection team has issued 75 engineering warnings in case of violations of the law. 35 violations were found in various investment buildings. Al Shammari also reminded of the importance of following the rules of Kuwait Municipality and Kuwait Fire Force. In all the six governorates, the municipality is continuing to conduct strict inspections in cooperation with the fire brigade.
