MOI IMPOSES FOUR REQUIREMENTS ON HOME DELIVERY SERVICES

Kuwait City : The following guidelines were outlined by the Ministry of Interior for home delivery business owners to follow.


1. A health certificate issued by the Food Authority should be carried by the driver of the vehicle that delivers orders.
2. The car should have a company sticker on it.
3. The driver of the vehicle or motorcycle should wear a uniform, and his or her place of residence (visa) should match the business for which he or she is employed. 

The aforementioned requirements will take effect on October 1, 2022, and all company owners are required to follow them. The licence will be revoked and legal action will be taken against anyone who violates the aforementioned rules. This is in the best interest of the General Traffic Department, which helps to increase road traffic and guarantee the safety of Kuwaiti and foreign motorists.
