NEW KUWAIT AIRPORT PROJECT, 65 PERCENT OF WORK IN FIRST PACKAGE COMPLETED

Kuwait City:  A detailed report on the working conditions of the new airport project Terminal Building Two and its latest developments was briefed before the Cabinet a few days ago, senior sources in the Ministry of Public Works revealed. The government has great interest in the project, which is one of the pillars of the development plan. 


Sources also said that 65 percent of the total works executed in the first package of the project have been completed. The project has 30 fixed bridges for aircraft gates. And the construction is on an area of ​​220,000 square meters. The project is designed to accommodate 25 million passengers annually. It is one of the most important projects of Kuwait's development plan and Vision 2035, sources said.
