Kuwait City: The Public Authority for Civil Information has launched a new service for citizens to change their residence address via the Sahel app. According to PACI, this new service allows property owners and renters to change the addresses of their properties. The rental property address does not change unless there is proof of residence in the property, which is especially important in cases of demolition, construction, or other housing-related obstacles.
