Foreign Minister condemns burning of Holy Quran in Copenhagen

Kuwait City, Jan 28: Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber expressed his condemnation for the repeated burning of copies of the Holy Quran by the Danish extremist Rasmus Waludan in the Danish capital, Copenhagen, in a new provocative step that offends the feelings of Muslims around the world.

In a statement today, Saturday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs called on the governments of the concerned countries to take immediate actions to stop these absurd and reprehensible acts and repeated abuses of the symbols and sanctities of Muslims. He also called for spreading the values ​​of tolerance and peaceful coexistence among all peoples of the world.
