Interior minister calls for developing new strategy to reduce crime rate

Kuwait City: In an effort to reduce the rates of heinous murders that have recently increased, the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Acting Minister of Defense Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled directed the leaders of the Ministry of Interior to develop new security plans and develop an unconventional strategy to confront the phenomenon of violence and criminal behavior. It relies on advanced and modern scientific methods to reduce the occurrence of crime and quickly arrest the perpetrators.

The sources said that Minister Al-Khalid also called for urgent action to address the disturbing violent crimes with the required seriousness after the heinous crimes that society recently witnessed.
