In northern India, floods and landslides have killed 15 people in the past three days as torrential monsoon rains wreak havoc across the country. In the state of Himachal Pradesh, houses have been destroyed by flash floods and landslides. In the neighbouring state of Uttarakhand, water levels of a number of rivers have exceeded the danger level. Schools in Delhi have been closed due to floods.
