MoI listed 87,140 vehicles owned by expats, who have died or whose residences have been revoked, and called everyone who possesses or uses these vehicles to review "Traffic", to transfer ownership, cancel or renew them under an official power of attorney documented by the official authorities.

In the event that this procedure is not taken, a fine will be issued to the driver and the vehicle will be seized. The administration may also sell them in a public auction, in accordance with the applicable legal procedures.
