Apple debuts iPhones manufactured in India at launch

Apple announced that iPhone 15, which is being produced in India, will be available for sale on the day of its global launch. Although the majority of the iPhone 15 will still be sourced from China, this announcement highlights India's expanding production capacity and signals a change in Apple's approach of primarily selling Chinese-made products. Last month, the company began manufacturing the iPhone 15 at its Foxconn factory in Tamil Nadu.
