Nearly 100 dead in blaze at wedding function in Iraq

At least a hundred people are dead and a hundred and fifty are injured after a wedding in the biggest Christian city in Iraq went up in flames. 

Hundreds of people were gathered in a banquet hall in Nineveh Province when the fire broke out. It's unclear what started the blaze, but some reports say it was sparked by fireworks. Flames were spread by flammable panels, and some of the ceiling tiles caught fire and fell, according to fire officials.
