This determination is made either through the homeowner's declaration or the demolition of the building. Individuals impacted by this decision are required to go to the PACI and update their new addresses within 30 days from the date of publication of the announcement. It is essential for them to present the necessary documentation to prevent facing the penalty specified in Article 33 of Law No. 32 of 1982, which imposes a fine of up to 100 dinars per individual.
