The Ministry of Finance and Industry specified in the administrative circular number 11 of 2024 that the prohibition of persons with Article 18 (Individual Entrepreneurs) to establish, renew or renovate companies and Institutions are short-term and subject to restructuring and renewal processes. The ministry said the current agreements are still in effect and have not been suspended.
